Bottle Shop Attendant Position

We are seeking a reliable and strong individual to join our team as a Bottle Shop Attendant at Liquor Barons Perth City.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  2. Contribute to a safe and secure working environment by adhering to all health, safety, and security protocols.
  3. Operate a point of sale system accurately and efficiently to process transactions and manage cash handling.
  4. Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including stockroom and back-of-house areas.
  5. Work collaboratively with other staff members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer support.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record of providing exceptional customer service in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of people.
  • Basic mathematical skills and accuracy when handling cash transactions.
  • Ability to lift and move stock up to 20kg on a regular basis.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
