Administrative Support Specialist for Catholic Education

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at St Mary MacKillop College. This is a part-time, temporary position that will provide exceptional administrative support to the Principal and other members of the College Leadership Team.

Job DescriptionThe successful applicant will have a minimum of 5 years' experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant and possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. They will also be highly organized, able to work autonomously, and have strong time management and event coordination skills.
In this role, you will work closely with the College Leadership Team and Administration Team to ensure a high level of administrative support for the staff, parents, and students. You will be responsible for coordinating events, managing correspondence, and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organized and able to work autonomously
- Strong time management and event coordination skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and other relevant CRM systems
- Familiarity with compliance and audit processes

$62,000 - $72,000 per year, depending on experience, plus superannuation and generous leave entitlements. The estimated salary range is based on industry standards and takes into account the location and nature of the role.
