Job Title: Energy Services Manager
About the RoleThe Client Manager plays a crucial role in owning the client relationship, building and growing services to meet client expectations. As an ambassador and representative of Schneider Electric, the position requires upholding company values in all external activities with clients and performing as a leader internally.
Key Responsibilities- Operating autonomously across a portfolio of clients, accountable for contract renewals and cross-selling services
- Developing strategies to ensure contract renewal and cross-sell success is critical
- Ensuring client satisfaction, taking ownership of client problems, and assisting in resolving issues
- Confidently discussing Active Energy Management and our services, articulating benefits across domains including Procurement, Data Management, Energy Efficiency, Renewables, and Sustainability
This role requires someone who thrives in a client-focused environment with management and emotional intelligence skills. The successful candidate will work with multiple subject matter experts within Sustainability Business to deliver services effectively to clients across Australia and APAC.
