Procurement Specialist Role

The successful Procurement Specialist will be responsible for ensuring seamless procurement processes for finished goods across multiple suppliers. This role will involve managing inventory levels, coordinating import deliveries, and resolving supplier-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Forecast and manage finished goods requirements across 100+ suppliers, ensuring timely delivery performance.
  • Maintain optimal stock levels through effective use of DRP and SAP systems.
  • Coordinate import deliveries and work with custom clearance agents to ensure smooth logistics.
  • Analyse inventory data to minimize freight costs and optimize supply chain efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of SAP and DRP systems, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Experience in procurement planning and inventory management.
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to think analytically and proactively resolve problems.
