As an Assistant Store Manager with Supercheap Auto Victoria Park, you will have the opportunity to support store operations and lead a team of retail professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the store, including managing stock levels, processing transactions, and maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Leading a team of sales assistants and ensuring they provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Sharing product knowledge with customers and staff, and staying up-to-date with new products and promotions.
  • Motivating and developing a team to achieve their full potential and improve overall store performance.
Requirements:
  • A strong retail background, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions quickly.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding sales targets.
