To help us achieve this, we are seeking experienced and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Residential Support Workers in East Geelong.

Job Description:

In this role, you will provide extensive support to individuals with disabilities within a residential setting, covering tasks such as personal care, meal assistance, hoisting, and transfers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality support to individuals with disabilities
  • Assist with daily living activities such as personal care and meal preparation
  • Support individuals with mobility issues through hoisting and transfers
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance (or willingness to obtain one)
  • NDIS Workers Orientation Module (certificate of completion)
  • Employee Working with Children Check (Victorian)
  • Current First Aid & CPR certificate
  • Valid Victorian Driver’s License
  • Qualification in Disability, Community Services, Social Work or equivalent (desirable)
