Kindergarten Support Facilitator

Become a vital part of our Kindergarten Inclusion Support Service (KISS) and contribute to our mission of empowering children with disabilities to lead the lives they envision. In this role, you will collaborate with the educational team to ensure the inclusion of all children, including those with disabilities and/or complex medical needs, in their funded kindergarten programs.

We offer casual and part-time opportunities. Shifts may vary but typically occur between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.

About You

To excel in this position, you will align with Yooralla's core values and possess:

Relevant experience in early childhood education and/or disability services. A strong commitment to inclusive practices, family-centered approaches, and strengths-based methodologies. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances. Exceptional interpersonal skills with a positive and adaptable attitude. A proactive work ethic and demonstrated initiative. Competence in using computers for communication and information access.

Successful employment with Yooralla is contingent upon mandatory safeguarding checks, including a Working with Children's Check, NDIS Worker's Screening check, and verification of Australian work rights.
