About This Position
As a caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young children. In this role, you will work in a supportive team environment, fostering growth and development in our students.
The Opportunity
- Collaborate with other dedicated professionals to create engaging learning experiences
- Access to high-quality resources and facilities that support student success
- Build relationships with families through regular communication and updates
- Implement the Guardian learning program, focusing on individualized education and care
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills
Your Skills and Qualifications
- Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education or Diploma (or working towards it or another ECE qualification)
- Availability to work between 7am–6pm, Monday to Friday, with a rotating roster
- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC for VIC)
The Centre
We operate a welcoming Centre with six small rooms, creating a warm and supportive environment for our students. The Centre is easily accessible by car and public transport, making it convenient for staff and parents alike. We have strong family connections and offer rich learning experiences, including monthly Kids Pop and sports programs, community walks, and are working towards Bush Kinder.
Our curriculum features the ELLA program in Mandarin and Auslan, promoting cultural awareness and communication. At our Centre, we strive to be a place where people love to be.
