Centre Leadership Role

As a Centre Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving excellence within our operations. Your leadership skills will inspire your team to deliver the highest standards of care, education, and engagement.

  • Manage daily centre activities, including staff management, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication.
  • Coach and mentor Educators and Teachers to support their professional growth and development.
  • Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote children's holistic development.
  • Prioritise children's safety and well-being, ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
  • Implement strategies to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Cultivate a positive, inclusive culture that values teamwork, diversity, and continuous improvement.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
  • ACECQA approved Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience working in a licensed childcare centre or similar setting, including experience in a leadership role.
  • A current Blue card.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and manage priorities effectively.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development.
