Primary School OSHC Educator

We are seeking an experienced educator to provide a safe and engaging out of school hours care service. As a Before & After School Care Assistant Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the daily lives of primary school children.
About the Role
You will be responsible for supervising other educators, designing educational programs, and building strong relationships with families and the school community. Your key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring child safety and supervision at all times.
- Maintaining accurate attendance and booking records.
- Providing support and guidance to other educators to help them understand and perform their roles.
- Contributing to the design and implementation of educational programs that meet the needs of children.
- Communicating effectively with families and the school community to ensure a positive experience for all.
Your Qualifications and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A qualification in Child Education and Care or equivalent.
- Previous experience working in Out of School Hours (OSHC) care or a related field.
- A certificate of training in child protection.
- Current First Aid certification.
- An NSW Working with Children check or willingness to obtain.
