Early Years Kindergarten Enrolment Assistant

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Early Years Kindergarten Enrolment Assistant. In this key role, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless enrolment process for families, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with our Early Years team to achieve our goals.

Job Description:

  • Provide high-quality customer service to families, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process enrolments efficiently, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and on time.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the enrolment process.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with families, schools, and other external partners to promote our services and support the community.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to kindergarten enrolment and customer service.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A nationally recognised Certificate in Administration or similar, or relevant work experience in an administrative and customer service capacity.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in the use of software packages such as MS Office, or Preschool Enrolment programs (KIMS, Enrol Now).
