We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Leader to join our Meetings & Events team. The Sales Leader will play a pivotal role in driving growth, developing client relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Leadership: Lead sales efforts by developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy. Provide direction and leadership to the sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic relationships with key clients in the corporate and academic industries. Build and maintain long-term relationships to drive repeat business and brand loyalty.
  • Team Development & Support: Manage, mentor, and develop the sales team to achieve optimal performance, including setting goals and providing coaching with regular reviews. Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports and forecasts to management groups within the business.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a sales leadership role within the Meetings & Events, hospitality, or corporate travel industry.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive environment.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with a track record of building, motivating, and managing high-performing teams.
