Position Overview

The primary objective of this role is to uphold the quality and efficiency of all refrigeration tasks executed by Focused Maintenance. This includes the installation, upkeep, and repair of refrigeration systems and units, ensuring complete customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Oversee inventory levels of necessary materials and equipment; manage ordering, receiving, and maintaining inventory as required.
  2. Conduct routine maintenance on refrigeration systems in both residential and commercial properties.
  3. Keep clients updated on completed tasks and expected timelines for ongoing work.
  4. Communicate technical issues clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  5. Diagnose, locate, and resolve refrigeration problems and perform necessary repairs.

Candidate Profile

  1. Valid Driver's Licence
  2. White card certification
  3. Strong attention to detail
  4. Excellent organisational skills
  5. Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
