Key Responsibilities- Provide governance support to the Board and management team, ensuring effective decision-making and compliance with legislative requirements.

- Demonstrated understanding of legislation governing public sector entities and experience in the application of governance principles across a public organization.
- Demonstrated knowledge of procurement practices and contract management principles.
- A tertiary qualification in law, governance or related discipline is preferred.
