Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our team in Narangba QLD. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient management of waste processing and recycling activities.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and assist in the training of Process Operators
  • Complete all records and paperwork correctly
  • Ensure safe work practices and adherence to policies and procedures
  • Perform loading and unloading of packaged waste vehicles

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous Team Leader or Supervisor experience
  • Current Forklift licence with a minimum of 12 months experience
  • Excavator and Loader tickets (highly advantageous)
  • Current driver's licence Class C
