We're seeking dedicated individuals to join our team in Bendigo, working within a residential setting to provide direct care and promote positive family relationships. You'll be supported with nationally recognised training and have access to regular rostered hours, mentoring, and benefits that increase your take-home pay.

  • Provide direct care within a residential setting, ensuring a safe and nurturing home-like environment.
  • Promote positive family relationships and work within a trauma-informed framework.
  • Have resilience to support young people with complex needs and challenging behaviours.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention (Residential Care) or equivalent qualification.
  • A valid Victorian driver's licence.
  • Australian working rights.
  • Willingsness to complete a Child Safety and Personal Screening Check and Working With Children Check.
  • A confirmation record of COVID-19 vaccination.
