Requirements">

The successful applicant must have a strong understanding and knowledge of the Australian agricultural export supply chain, including relevant legislation, regulation, and systems.

Experience in managing the performance of operational staff and working in a client service role is also essential.

In addition, the successful applicant must be able to communicate effectively with internal and external clients, including government agencies and industry parties.

They must also have strong leadership skills and be able to motivate and coach the team to achieve their goals.

As part of this role, the successful applicant may be required to participate in an on-call roster and work outside standard hours.
