Achieve Excellence as a Customer Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our customer-facing operations, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience to major account customers.
- Oversee and manage the entire order processing lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across all customer touchpoints.
- Develop and deliver scheduled and contracted reporting for customers and internal stakeholders, providing valuable insights into sales trends and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and Business Development Managers to ensure seamless onboarding of customers onto our eCommerce platform.
- Provide proactive support to internal teams, including Account Managers, Sales Managers, and Business Development staff, by assisting with processes, reporting, and operational tasks to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Identify and drive improvements in administrative and operational processes to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce inquiries into our customer service team.

We prioritize building meaningful relationships, balancing commercial goals with customer satisfaction, and demonstrating honesty and integrity in all interactions.
Requirements:- 3+ years of administration experience.
- Proficient in Excel, with expertise in Pivot tables, V/X Lookups, and data analysis.
- Confident communicator, comfortable challenging and asking questions when necessary.
- Strong eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a collaborative team.
