Key Responsibilities
  • We conduct comprehensive functional behaviour assessments across various environments to identify effective interventions.
  • Our Behaviour Support Practitioners develop and implement tailored Behaviour Support Plans that meet NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission guidelines.
  • As part of our multidisciplinary team, you'll work closely with clients, families, support coordinators, and other professionals to deliver seamless care.
  • Through training, coaching, and capacity building, you'll empower a multi-disciplinary team to excel in their roles.
  • You'll monitor and review the effectiveness of interventions, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • With precision and accuracy, you'll prepare compliant documentation and reports within required timeframes.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and evidence-based practice by sharing knowledge and best practices.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Behaviour Support Clinicians, fostering growth and development.
