Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to lead our risk management initiatives.

This role oversees the development, implementation, and monitoring of risk frameworks, ensuring the safety, wellbeing, and compliance of our community.

  • Develop and implement risk management strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Manage WHS systems and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Conduct incident investigations and develop recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks.
Key Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in risk management or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and risk management frameworks.
  • Experience in policy development, compliance reporting, and incident investigation.
  • Current WWVP registration.
  • A committed Christian with a personal faith in Jesus Christ and alignment with our Doctrinal Basis.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
  • Discretion, integrity, and a commitment to confidentiality.
