Job Summary

This role involves providing expert legal advocacy for clients in various state and federal courts and tribunals.


About the Role
  • Matters involving complex civil law litigation, including mental health, guardianship, and administrative decisions.
  • Discrimination, sexual harassment, and victims of crimes issues.

You will work closely with lawyers to identify and develop opportunities for strategic litigation, providing expert advice on complex and strategic issues. You will also assist in training and mentoring lawyers to develop their advocacy skills and knowledge of civil law.

We are seeking a skilled lawyer with a strong background in civil law litigation and advocacy. You will possess:

  • Demonstrated experience and skills in advocacy and civil law litigation.
  • Thorough knowledge and experience in the practice of civil law under both State and Federal legislation.
  • Ability to provide high-quality advice (oral and written) on Civil Justice legal and policy issues within limited time constraints.
  • High-level interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
