Your Role
  • Provide domestic assistance, including cleaning and laundry, to ensure our customers' homes are safe and comfortable.
  • Assist with meal preparation and shopping to promote healthy eating and independence.
  • Offer social support and transport to lifestyle activities, helping our customers stay connected and engaged.
  • Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and medication management, to support our customers' physical and emotional needs.
  • Offer respite and emotional support to our customers and their families.
  • Transport customers to appointments and provide complex care for those with high care needs, such as dementia.

What We're Looking For
  • You'll have a current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle, as travel is an essential part of the role.
  • You'll be able to work independently and find solutions to everyday problems, knowing when to ask for help when needed.
  • You'll be available to work at least 3 days a week, Monday to Friday, with no night or weekend work required.
