About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate Centre Director to lead our team of educators and teachers in a professional and nurturing environment. As a Centre Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing high-quality programs that promote the well-being and education of children.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standard (NQS)
  • Lead and manage a team of educators and teachers to ensure high-quality care and education
  • Collaborate with the Assistant Director to support day-to-day operations and long-term goals
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Develop and maintain relationships with families and the local community

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Centre Director in a long day care setting
  • Diploma in Children's Services or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood (or ACECQA equivalent)
  • Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates
  • Working with Children clearance
  • RHHAN certificate
