Nursing Support Specialist

A comprehensive role in residential facilities that provides essential nursing support to elderly residents.
">Key Responsibilities:- Implement care plans delegated by registered nurses and contribute to the nursing assessment of individuals and groups.
- Assist in evaluating progress toward expected outcomes, protect the rights of older persons, and develop effective communication strategies.
The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma in Enrolled Nursing, registration with APHRA, and current COVID-19 vaccination. A Class C driver's licence and own reliable vehicle are also required.
">This is a part-time position working 30 hours per fortnight with shifts from 3:00pm to 8:00pm, Thursday to Saturday across various residential facilities in the Northern Suburbs.
Flexible Staffing Model:This involves employees being part of a centralised pool, allowing them to be assigned to different locations within the NOR cluster.
Key expectations include flexibility to adapt to different sites, workflows, and team dynamics as well as the capability to quickly integrate into new environments while maintaining productivity.
