About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our team in Geelong, VIC. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coach a team of up to 15 team members to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to maintain a high standard of store presentation.
  • Liaise with the Stock Allocator to maintain optimal stock levels and maximize return on floor space.
  • Prepare and monitor sales reports, store rosters, and team compliance.

  • Demonstrated leadership experience and a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
