Innovation Project Lead

This is a high-profile position within our organization, where you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and project delivery across our group.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of innovation trials and projects, ensuring they meet time, cost, quality, and safety objectives.

You will collaborate with suppliers, category teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to bring new ideas to life, engaging central and site operations to ensure seamless trial execution.

Key responsibilities include tracking and reporting on trial outcomes, providing feedback, and post-implementation reviews. Commercial input, including feasibility assessments, supplier negotiations, and success factor setting, will also be a key aspect of this role.

A proven track record in project management, commercial acumen, and experience in convenience retail and QSR environments are essential. Agility, adaptability, excellent communication, and stakeholder engagement skills are also critical in this fast-paced environment.
