About Our Role

We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to deliver high-performance, efficient, and sustainable systems across commercial, healthcare, education, and retail projects.

This role involves the design and documentation of mechanical services, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), mechanical ventilation, and other building services systems.

You will work closely with architects, project managers, builders, and multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver integrated and innovative design solutions.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Designing and documenting mechanical services for commercial, healthcare, education, and retail projects
  • Collaborating with architects, project managers, builders, and engineers to deliver integrated design solutions
  • Conducting site inspections and coordinating with contractors during construction
  • Developing energy-efficient and sustainable design strategies

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A tertiary qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
  • 3-4 years of mechanical engineering experience within the Australian Building Services industry
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC and mechanical services design, load calculations, and energy efficiency principles
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, clear communication, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach
