Hello and welcome to Vercom S.A. We are a global provider of web and mobile push solutions for e-commerce and publishers, and we are looking for a new member to join our team.
We are a small team of dedicated professionals working in an international environment with clients from all over Europe. Currently, we are preparing to expand our operations to Italian, Spanish, and Latin American markets.
Your Responsibilities:
- Acquire new clients in Italian, Spanish, or LATAM markets through business development and sales efforts.
- Provide customer support for new clients, ensuring their needs are met and they are satisfied with our services.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
- Collaborate with our business partners to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Work closely with our marketing division and other teams to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives.
- Represent the company at trade fairs, presentations, and webinars to promote our services and build relationships with potential clients.
What We're Looking For:
- Prior experience in sales or customer support for B2B clients.
- Fluent Italian or Spanish language (spoken and written) - knowledge of both languages would be an additional asset.
- Fluent English - we work in an international environment.
- Knowledge of Polish is a bonus, but not a requirement.
- Responsibility, self-reliance, and ability to get the job done.
- A sense of humor is a must.
