Early Intervention Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Early Intervention Specialist to join our team at EACH. As an Early Intervention Specialist, you will work with families and children to provide support and guidance to help them achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver supports to families and children to help them achieve their goals
- Use assessments and observations to tailor support options to each child and family
- Empower families and caregivers to build skills and confidence to support children in their everyday lives
- Connect children and families with their community to ensure they are included and can participate in the settings and activities they choose
- Keep thorough records of conversations, developmental progress, and goals
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Early Childhood or Education
- Expert knowledge in child development and the ability to identify developmental issues
- Proven track record supporting families and children with developmental delays/disabilities
- Comprehensive knowledge of the NDIS Early Childhood Approach and early childhood intervention best practice principles
