Overview: At Chandler Macleod, we are seeking an experienced Chef to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. This is a great opportunity for a skilled culinary professional to work in a hospital setting and contribute to delivering exceptional service.

About the Role: As a Production Chef/Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and assembling meals to meet hospital and dietary specifications. You will also oversee Catering Assistants as needed and conduct regular checks to ensure meal quality and safety.

Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include food preparation, time management, stock management, and quality control. You will also be required to adhere to internal KPIs in a high-volume environment.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need commercial cookery experience and a certificate in Cookery (Certificate III or IV). Hospital experience is highly regarded, and you must be willing to undergo a medical assessment and obtain a National Police Clearance. A reliable vehicle and valid driver's license are also essential.
