Role Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the community by promoting services and connecting with local carers.

About the Role
  • You will play a key role in providing intake, planning, and assessment services to carers.
  • You will supply carers with information on internal and external programs/services.
  • You will develop action plans using local community knowledge to maintain and strengthen carers' health and wellbeing.
  • You will connect and source appropriate supports for carers.

This role requires a Certificate IV in Community Development or similar field, evidence of working rights within Australia, and a valid driver's licence. You will also need to undergo a National Police Records Check and obtain a Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check prior to employment.
