We are seeking a dynamic leader to manage the day-to-day operations of our new Suburban University Study Hub in Inala. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about education and community development.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, community development, and stakeholder engagement.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team to develop life-changing programs that support students from underrepresented backgrounds. You will also be the connector between learners, local schools, training providers, industry, and government.
The successful candidate will be highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities independently, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. They will also have experience in managing operations, financial processes, and compliance with a clear eye for detail and strategic alignment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and implementation of programs that support students from underrepresented backgrounds
• Manage day-to-day operations of the Suburban University Study Hub
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including learners, local schools, training providers, industry, and government
• Oversee the management of operations, financial processes, and compliance

Benefits:
This is a full-time fixed-term appointment to 30 November 2027. The total remuneration range is $133,806 to $153,649 per annum (includes salary range of $112,845 to $129,580 per annum, employer super contributions of 17% and annual leave loading).
