We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager Portfolio to lead our UC ops team through the provision of leadership and strategic guidance.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a current working knowledge of all relevant management agreements and manage properties as per those agreements.
  • Establish and maintain constructive and productive working relationships with all key stakeholders, including universities and key contractors.
  • Oversee and provide guidance to Property team members to excel and be fast-tracked for growth.
  • Manage and exceed the financial performance of the portfolio as outlined in the "Budget" and/or Financial Model.
  • Pro-actively maintain the building's fit-out and the standard of its equipment.
  • Build a high-performing team and work to ensure team members can reach their true potential.
  • Ensure compliance with all agreements, regulations, and legislation applicable to each operation.
Requirements
  • Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (ACT)
  • National Police Check
  • State Working with Children Check
  • Unrestricted work rights in Australia
