About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Portfolio Manager to join our team at UniLodge. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of our portfolio of properties across Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a current working knowledge of all relevant management agreements and exercise your ability to manage the properties as per those agreements.
  • Establish and maintain constructive and productive working relationships with all key stakeholders, including universities and key contractors.
  • Oversee and provide guidance where necessary so that Property team members excel and are fast tracked to allow for the anticipated growth of the business.
  • Manage and exceed the financial performance of the portfolio as outlined in the "Budget" and/or Financial Model.
  • Pro-actively maintain the building's fit-out and the standard of its equipment.
  • Build a high performing team, and work to ensure that team members can reach their true potential.
  • Ensure compliance with all agreements, regulations and legislation applicable to each operation.
Requirements
  • Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (ACT)
  • National Police Check
  • State Working with Childrens Check
  • Unrestricted work rights in Australia
