About the Role

We are seeking a proactive professional to lead and deliver dynamic marketing campaigns across multiple channels, blending creativity with strategic communication to grow brand presence.

This role will involve managing both digital and print assets, collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring our listings and portfolios receive maximum exposure.

  • Coordinate listings and manage advertising schedules in partnership with listing agents.
  • Develop, schedule, and distribute content across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Manage owned digital media assets such as the company website and social channels.
  • Liaise with internal teams, external stakeholders, and agencies to negotiate advertising rates and media packages.
  • Oversee the portfolio, coordinating with production companies, print houses, mailworks, advertisers, and agents.
  • Utilize CRM systems to update client databases and execute targeted campaigns.
About You
  • Proven experience in marketing, ideally within real estate or livestock sectors, with a relevant qualification.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both internal teams and external partners.
  • Skilled in creating designs and compelling content for social media, email, websites, media, and print.
  • Experienced in distributing high-quality content across major social media platforms.
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems to build relationships and manage communications.
