We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Recruitment team as a Career Development Assistant.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and assistance in the day-to-day operations of the team, including but not limited to:

  • Processing job orders in our internal system
  • Tracking and reporting on job progress
  • Completing phone interviews
  • Scheduling pre-employment medicals and site-specific inductions
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to internal and external clients
  • Performing general office duties including stationery ordering and filing

To be successful in this role, you will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients. You will also possess a high level of attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
