We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead and mentor our dental team at our thriving practice in Inverell, AU.

  • We are one of only three practices in the area and one of the busiest dental clinics in New South Wales, Australia.
  • We have been serving the community for over 21 years and experience consistently high patient volumes from our large, loyal patient base.

About the Role

  1. As the Lead Dentist, you'll motivate and empower your team to deliver exceptional patient care and service, with a compassionate nature that puts patients at ease.
  2. You'll combine clinical excellence with superior interpersonal skills to ensure your team performs optimally, the practice meets its objectives, and every patient receives a positive experience.

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience working as a Dentist in Australia, with high clinical standards.
  • Experience in Implants would be highly beneficial.
  • Current unconditional registration with AHPRA.
  • An appropriate qualification recognized by the Dental Board of Australia.
  • Current professional indemnity insurance.
