We are looking for a highly skilled Unified Communications Team Lead to join our team at InfraBuild. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, development, and implementation of our network and unified communications infrastructure. This includes identifying, prioritizing, and resolving incidents, as well as managing and coordinating the unified communications team.

Key Responsibilities
1. Develop critical initiatives around networking and unified communications infrastructure.
2. Assess near and long-term network capacity needs and participate in system designs as required.
3. Work with key stakeholders on upcoming maintenance, network upgrades, enhancements, network outages, issue diagnoses, and troubleshooting technical problems.
4. Hands-on administration of network, switches, routers, unified communications servers, and wireless network equipment.
5. Monitor effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems; assist with development and implementation strategies for improving the efficiency, reliability, and performance of these systems.
6. Provide technical guidance and leadership to develop the team by setting and managing objectives, delegating tasks and deadlines, coaching, and setting the right example in technical approach, professional behaviour, and positive attitude.

Technical Requirements
1. Extensive experience with networking and voice systems.
2. Experience managing a unified communications team.
3. In-depth technical background in network infrastructure technologies comprising of WAN, LAN, Wireless, Voice, Fax, Internet, and Firewalls including communication security protocols.
4. Ability to monitor compliance to service level agreements and engage with vendor partners.
5. Strong organisational skills, customer service skills, and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
6. Effective stakeholder engagement and communication (written and verbal) skills with the ability to create concise technical documentation and reports.
