We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our team at Busy Bees at Smithfield Plains. Our service is a 82-place centre that focuses on providing a supportive and inclusive environment for children to learn and grow.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality education programs that cater to the individual needs and interests of our children. Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification as recognized by ACECQA.
- Current Blue Card
- First Aid Certificate - training in asthma and anaphylaxis.
Desirable Skills and Attributes
- Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standard (NQS)
- Ability to plan and implement educational programs
- Observation and documentation skills
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Prior experience in teaching in an early childhood setting
