Job DescriptionWe seek passionate and creative Early Childhood Teachers to join our team at Smithfield Plains preschool. As an ECT, you will be responsible for creating innovative learning environments and programs that cater to individual children's needs and interests. Your role will involve planning, implementing, and evaluating educational programs, as well as observing children's progress and documenting their learning.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification recognized by ACECQA.
- A current Blue card.
- First Aid Certificate with training in asthma and anaphylaxis.
- Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standard (NQS).
- Ability to work effectively with other educators, support staff, and families to create an inclusive learning environment.
- Prior experience in teaching in early childhood settings is highly desirable.
