Maintenance Leadership Opportunity

At our esteemed establishment, we are seeking a seasoned Maintenance Manager to spearhead the maintenance of our facilities and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the upkeep of all hotel areas, including guest rooms, public spaces, and plant equipment and back-of-house facilities.
  • Employ preventative maintenance strategies to guarantee all equipment and facilities are well-maintained and in good working order.
  • Effectively manage contractor activities on-site, ensuring up-to-date inductions align with legislative requirements.
  • Coordinate work schedules, encompassing repairs, inspections, and preventative maintenance tasks.
  • Maintain precise records of all maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and preventative maintenance work.
  • Conduct regular facility and equipment inspections to identify potential issues and promptly address them.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in hotel maintenance or an equivalent field, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong technical expertise in building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
  • In-depth understanding of legislative compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional leadership and management abilities, with the capacity to motivate and inspire a team.
