- Stakeholder Engagement: Establish effective business relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally to support delivery, administration, management, and financial tasks.
- Administrative and Data Management: Maintain data currency of Customer Management System platforms to support business management and reporting tasks. Administer service delivery requirements, maintain the case study portfolio and oversee quality control of CV portfolios. Advise and inform on process improvements as part of wider business operational efficiency.
- Event and Activity Management: Manage events and activities, including prioritisation of tasks and coordination of calendars.
