As a Lead/Principal Engineer, you will play a critical role in developing and architecting solutions, while contributing to the advancement of our code base and brand-new products.

Our Development Team

Our Senior Engineers are highly technical experts in their specific product or technical area. We maintain a flat, open environment that fosters collaboration and innovation, giving you the freedom and tools to do meaningful work. We operate in a continuous delivery and automated deployment environment, shipping upgrades on a weekly basis. We practice Test Driven Development and prioritize quality in our engineering practices.

About You

You are an experienced Senior Engineer passionate about building innovative solutions with tangible impact. Your focus will be on architecture, design, and programming, with high code quality and the ability to continuously improve and fine-tune existing processes being essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and maintain critical backend infrastructure components to ensure platform stability and performance.
  • Ensure high-performance database management and Backup and Restore processes, and contribute to web upgrade performance enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve backend infrastructure issues.
  • Utilize technologies such as C#, SQL, GoLang, and PowerShell Script for backend enhancements.
  • Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and foster a technical excellence culture.
  • Lead the architecture and implementation of new features and services.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
