Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with customers regarding product information, resolve any queries or concerns, and provide solutions to their problems.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and promote the brand effectively.
Requirements:
  • Prior retail experience (preferably in the beauty sector) would be beneficial but not mandatory.
  • A customer-centric mindset and a genuine interest in beauty products and skincare.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
