Sales Team Member

We are seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
">About the RoleAs a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the sales and KPIs of the store. Your passion and enthusiasm will shine through in your interactions with customers, ensuring they receive the best possible advice and support.
Main Responsibilities:- Maintain a safety focus at all times to ensure your own safety and that of your teammates and customers.
- Contribute to the sales and KPIs of the store, demonstrating enthusiasm and commitment to customer service excellence.
- Provide superior, up-to-date information on products and services to customers.
- Maintain shop presentation, including stocking shelves and ensuring showroom standards are met.
- Show commitment and reliability to shifts, prioritizing effectively to meet business needs.
You're a motorcycle enthusiast with existing retail work experience, known for building meaningful relationships with customers and peers. You're fun, enthusiastic, and proactive, always striving to achieve targets while maintaining a 'customer comes first' attitude.
Availability across a 7-day roster is an advantage, as is your ability to work over Christmas/New Year.
