We are seeking a highly motivated Research Scientist to join our team in the field of bioinformatics and systems immunology. As a Postdoctoral Fellow, you will be working on developing and applying advanced computational tools for analyzing and interpreting large-scale biological data.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in computational biology, mathematics, or related fields, with expertise in bioinformatics and/or computational biology. Experience in genomics and/or transcriptomics analyses is also desirable.
The position involves close collaboration with wet and dry lab members to perform bioinformatics and systems biology analyses. You will be responsible for designing and implementing computational pipelines, analyzing and interpreting results, and presenting findings to the research group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement computational pipelines for bioinformatics and systems biology analyses
- Analyze and interpret large-scale biological data, including single cell genomics and next generation sequencing data
- Present findings to the research group and contribute to the development of research proposals
Requirements:
- PhD in computational biology, mathematics, biostatistics, or related fields
- Expertise in bioinformatics and/or computational biology
- Experience in genomics and/or transcriptomics analyses
- Good knowledge and skills in programming languages such as R, Python, C++
