The right candidate will have a degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering (Bachelor or Masters) and a minimum 2-3 years' experience in drainage design, preferably for transport infrastructure projects. They should also possess knowledge of Austroads guidelines, TMR standards and specifications, ARR and QUDM, as well as hands-on experience with stormwater and drainage design.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing cutting-edge drainage systems for civil infrastructure projects
  • Leading and coordinating design elements to meet project goals and client expectations
  • Partnering with engineers on large-scale projects and owning deliverables
  • Producing high-quality design reports and drawing packages
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in tools like 12D, DRAINS, MUSIC— use of dynamic drainage within 12D and/or experience with TUFLOW is a bonus
  • A positive, team-first attitude with a passion for technical excellence and innovation
  • Great communication skills and a drive to make a difference
  • RPEQ accreditation (or working towards it) is highly regarded
