Baker Assistant Wanted

We are seeking a diligent and enthusiastic individual to join our bakery team in Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To bake and present high-quality products that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment within the bakery.
  • Provide excellent customer service when required.
  • Assist with stock management and production costs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Possess a genuine passion for baking.
  • Be flexible with work hours, including some early morning shifts.
  • Have a positive attitude, be a team player and willing to learn new skills.
  • Be prepared to work hard and get hands dirty.
  • Able to work a 7-day roster, including weekends.
  • Fundamental literacy and numeracy skills are essential.
