Job Title: Parking Services Representative

This position involves providing exceptional customer service to patients, visitors and staff in our car parks.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a retail environment, preferably car park operation, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

The Parking Services Representative will be responsible for:

  • Managing daily parking charges for visitors and staff.
  • Processing transactions using EFTPOS machines and handling cash accurately.
  • Ensuring adequate supplies of tickets in ticket machines and performing routine equipment checks.
  • Responding promptly to equipment breakdowns and contacting maintenance service providers as necessary.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace by completing all cleaning duties outlined in the cleaning checklist.
  • Providing directions to visitors and maintaining accurate records of activities in the car park.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Minimum 1 year's experience in a retail environment, preferably car park operation.
  • Prior customer service experience in high volume environments.
  • Cash handling experience.
  • Proficient in the use of computers and electronic task management systems.
