Job Description
  • Coach and grow a team of talented researchers who share your passion for advancing the future of AI.
  • Set strategic research direction, leveraging expertise in machine learning and foundational model development to drive impact.
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure research translates into meaningful product capabilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Expert knowledge and experience with GANs, Diffusion Models, VAEs, and Autoregressive Models.
  • Deep skills in ML, AI, or foundational model development and training.
  • Strategic thinking and scientific rigour to project direction and problem solving.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
